HUBUNGAN TINGKAT SELF DIRECTED LEARNING DENGAN PENCAPAIAN LEARNING OBJECTIVE PADA TUTORIAL MAHASISWA ANGKATAN 2012 PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN DOKTER UNIVERSITAS TADULAKO



ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Sistem pendidikan Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK) di Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter Universitas Tadulako menerapkan strategi Problem Based Learning (PBL). Dalam PBL, dilaksanakan metode seven jump yang salah satu stepnya ialah belajar mandiri (self directed learning). Dalam konsep belajar mandiri, mahasiswa memiliki tanggung jawab sendiri untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran (learning objective). Hal ini yang mendasari penulis melakukan penelitian tentang self directed learning yang mempengaruhi pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran pada tutorial mahasiswa angkatan 2012.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara tingkat Self Directed
Learning dengan pencapaian Learning Objective pada tutorial Mahasiswa angkatan 2012 PSPD FKIK Untad.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 105 mahasiswa kedokteran tahun ketiga yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan mini kuis. Hubungan tingkat Self Directed Learning dengan pencapaian Learning Obective dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman.
Hasil: Tingkat Self Directed Learning berhubungan dengan pencapaian Learning Objective pada Tutorial Mahasiswa angkatan 2012 PSPD FKIK Untad (p=0,014; r=0,240). Sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki tingkat Self Directed Learning yang tinggi (59%). Sebagian besar pencapaian Learning Objective pada tutorial termasuk dalam kategori cukup (70,5%)
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat Self Directed Learning dengan pencapaian Learning Objective pada tutorial mahasiswa angkatan 2012 PSPD FKIK Untad.

ABSTRACT
Background: The educational system Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) in the Medical Program at Tadulako University implements Problem Based Learning (PBL) strategies. In PBL, the implemented method is seven jump and amongst the steps is self-learning (self-directed learning). In the concept of independent learning, students have their own responsibility to achieve learning objectives. This case is what underlyed the writer to conduct research on self-directed learning that could affect the achievement of learning goals in tutorial sessions for students of batch 2012.
Objective: To determine whether there is a relationship between the level of achievement for Self Directed Learning with the student Learning Objective from tutorials of Batch 2012 students Medical Program of FKIK UNTAD.
Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. Sampling was conducted by purposive sampling technique. Total samples were 105 third-year medical students in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Research instruments using questionnaires and mini quiz. Relations of Self Directed Learning levels with the achievement of Learning Obective were analyzed using Spearman correlation test. Results: Level of Self Directed Learning were related to the Student Learning
Objective achievement of tutorial Batch 2012 Medical Program of FKIK UNTAD of (p = 0.014; r = 0.240). Most students have a high level of Self Directed Learning (59%). Most of the Learning Objective tutorial achievemenst were included in the category enough (70.5%)
Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between the level of achievement of the Self Directed Learning with tutorial Learning Objective for students in Batch 2012 Medical Program of FKIK UNTAD.
