Prevalensi kasus HIV/AIDS di dunia mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun. Voluntary Counselling and Testing Mobile (VCT Mobile) adalah sebuah program untuk menanggulangi perkembangan HIV yang dilakukan secara mobilisasi. Tahun 2013 penemuan kasus baru terbanyak di kota Palu melalui VCT mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui risiko kejadian HIV pada volunteer voluntary counselling and testing mobile (VCT mobile) di Kota Palu tahun 2013. Jenis Penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control study (kasus kontrol) untuk mengetahui risiko jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status pernikahan, pekerja seks, gay, waria, pengguna jarum suntik volunteer VCT mobile terhadap kejadian HIV. Jumlah sampel 26 kasus dan 104 kontrol dengan perbandingan 1:4. Kasus adalah volunteer yang positif HIV pada VCT mobile dan kontrol adalah volunteer yang berlokasi sama dengan volunteer yang positif HIV. Pengambilan sampel adalah Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin (OR=0,654; CI 95%=0,276-1,550) bukan faktor risiko dan pendidikan (OR=1,118; CI 95%=0,401-3,121), status pernikahan (OR=1,784 ; CI 95%=0,617-5,518), pekerja seks (OR=1,215 ; CI 95%=0,510-2,894), gay (OR=1,552, CI 95%=0,651-3,702) ,waria (OR=1,317, CI 95%=0,554-3,130), pengguna jarum suntik (OR=6,515 CI 95%=2.573-16,499) merupakan faktor risiko kejadian HIV. Pola hidup sehat, aktivitas positif dan religius merupakan faktor penting untuk mencegah terjadinya kejadian HIV.

The development of HIV/AIDS cases in the world has increased every year. Voluntary Counselling and Testing Mobile (mobile VCT) is a program to tackle HIV progression that conducted the mobilization. In 2013 the discovery of new cases of the highest in the city of Palu through VCT mobile. This research aims to determine the risk of HIV incidence in voluntary counseling and testing of mobile (mobile VCT) in Palu 2013. The type of this research is an observational analytic study with case control study approach (case-control) to determine the risk of gender, education, marital status, sex workers, gay, transgender, injecting drug users volunteer mobile VCT to HIV incidence. Number of samples are 26 cases and 104 controls with a ratio of 1: 4. Cases were HIV positive volunteers in the mobile VCT and controls are located together with a volunteer who is HIV-positive volunteers. Sample is the total sampling. The results of gender research (OR = 0.654; 95% CI = 0.276 to 1.550) and education is not a risk factor (OR = 1.118; 95% CI = 0.401 to 3.121), marital status (OR = 1.784; 95% CI = 0.617 to 5.518 ), sex workers (OR = 1.215; 95% CI = 0.510 to 2.894), gay (OR = 1.552, 95% CI = 0.651 to 3.702), transvestites (OR = 1.317, 95% CI = 0.554 to 3.130), drug users injecting (OR = 6.515 95% CI = 2573 to 16.499) were risk factors of HIV incidence. Healthy lifestyle, positive and religious activity is an important factor to prevent HIV incidence.
