xv , 51 hlm ; 29 cm ABSTRAK Latar Belakang. Pneumonia masih menjadi penyakit yang menyebabkan kematian pada anak dan juga kaum lanjut usia di dunia. Kejadian Pneumonia tahun 2012 di Kota Palu ditemukan sebanyak 2.442 kasus, Puskesmas Talise merupakan Puskesmas yang mencakup penemuan kasus Pneumonia terbanyak yaitu 336 kasus. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan secara case control. Kelompok kasus sebanyak 35 responden dan kelompok kontrol 35 responden yang diambil secara Purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan Chi Square dan besarnya resiko dengan Odds Ratio. Hasil. 1) Terdapat hubungan pada ventilasi rumah dengan kejadian Pneumonia (p=0,050 ; OR =2,56 95% (CI= 0,724–6,560)), 2) Terdapat hubungan pada Pencahayaan rumah dengan kejadian Pneumonia (p=0,040 ; OR =2,56 95% (CI= 0,724–6,560)), 3) Tidak terdapat hubungan pada sanitasi rumah dengan kejadian Pneumonia (p=0,620 ; OR = 0,23 95% (CI= 0,082–0,682)), 4) Tidak terdapat hubungan pada lantai rumah dengan kejadian Pneumonia (p=0,77 ; OR = 1,18 nilai 95% (CI 0,378–3,720)), 5) Tidak terdapat hubungan pada dinding rumah dengan kejadian Pneumonia (p=0,179 ; OR = 2,08 95% (CI= 0,707–6,165)), 6) Tidak terdapat hubungan pada langit-langit rumah dengan kejadian Pneumonia (p=1,00 ; OR = 1,00 95% (CI= 0,379–2,637)), 7) Tidak terdapat hubungan pada rumah sehat dengan kejadian Pneumonia (p=0,145 ; OR= 0,417 (95% CI= 0,1261,380)), 8)Terdapat hubungan pada perilaku penghuni dengan kejadian Pneumonia (p=0,002; OR= 4,76 95% (CI=1,735-13,060)). Kesimpulan. Ventilasi, pencahayaan rumah dan perilaku penghuni memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian pneumonia sedangkan faktor-faktor seperti sanitasi, dinding, lantai, langit-langit dan rumah sehat tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian pneumonia. Results. 1) the size of ventilation correlate with the occurrence of pneumonia (p=0,050;OR=2,56 95%(CI= 0,724–6,560)), 2) the illumination of house correlate with the occurrence of pneumonia (p=0,040 ;OR =2,56 95%(CI= 0,724–6,560)), 3) The hygiene of house not correlate with the occurence of pneumonia (p=0,620 ; OR = 0,23 95%(CI= 0,082–0,682)), 4) The type of floor not correlated with the occurrence of pneumonia (p=0,77 ;OR = 1,18 95% (CI 0,378–3,720)), 5) the condition of wall not correlate with the occurrence of pneumonia (p=0,179 ; OR = 2,08 95% (CI= 0,707–6,165)), 6) The type of roof not correlate with the occurrence of pneumonia (p=1,00 ;OR = 1,00 95% (CI= 0,379–2,637)), 7) The type of healthy house not correlate with the occurrence of pneumonia (p=0,145 ; OR= 0,417 (95% CI= 0,126-1,380)), 8)The Occupant behaviour correlate with the occurrence of pneumonia (p=0,002; OR= 4,76 95% (CI=1,735-13,060)). Conclusion.
