xvi , 77 hlm ; 29 cm ABSTRAK FANDI OKTAVIAN. Evaluasi Implementasi Program Sekolah Dasar Bersih Dan Sehat Di Kota Palu (di bawah bimbingan Hermiyanty dan Lusia Salmawati). Peminatan Administrasi Dan Kebijakan Kesehatan Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Tadulako November 2015 Sekolah Dasar Bersih Sehat (SDBS) adalah Sekolah Dasar yang warganya secara terus-menerus membudayakan PHBS, dan memiliki lingkungan sekolah yang bersih, indah, sejuk, segar, rapih, tertib, dan aman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program SDBS di Kota Palu di nilai dari aspek input yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan SDM, dana dan fasilitas/sarana, mengevaluasi implementasi program SDBS di Kota Palu di nilai dari aspek proses yaitu plaining, organizing, actuating, controling, mengevaluasi implementasi program SDBS di Kota Palu di nilai dari aspek output yaitu hasil yang dicapai dari pelaksanakan program SDBS. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jumlah informan adalah 7 orang terdiri dari 3 informan kunci, 1 informan biasa dan 3 informan tambahan. Analisis data menggunakan analisa isi (content analysis) dengan teknik matriks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek input untuk kinerja SDM dilapangan sudah baik. Dana yang diperoleh dari BANSOS. Process menunjukan bahwa semua kegiatan yang dilakukan sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan kerja sama yang dibangun antar pihak penyelenggara program dengan penangung jawab program serta warga sekolah sudah baik, dari output terlihat perubahan PHBS siswa yang lebih baik. Disarankan agar dana yang diperoleh dapat digunakan dengan memprioritaskan kegiatan/kebutuhan yang bisa dipenuhi terlebih dahulu dengan dana yang telah tersedia. Specialization on Administartion and Health Policy (AKK) Public Health Study Program Medicine and Health Sciences Faculty Tadulako Iniversity November 2015 Elementary school clean and healthy (SDBS) is the elementary school that citizens continuosly cultivate PHBS, and has school environment that is clean, beautiful, cool, fresh, neat, orderly, and safe. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the program implementation of SDBS at Palu city in the value of the aspect of input related to the utilazition of human resources, funds and facilities/equipment, evaluate implementation SDBS program at Palu city in the value pf the aspects of process, namely palnning, organizing, actuating, controlling, evaluate the implementation of program SDBS at Palu city in the value of the output aspect that the results achieved from the implementation of SDBS program. The research is qualitative method with descriptive approach. The number of informants is 7 consists of 3 key informans, 1 regular informants and 3 additional informants. The analysis data used content analysis with matrix technique. The result showed that from the input aspect for the performance has been good in the field of human resources. The funds raised from BANSOS. Proces shows that all activities performed has been running quite well and cooperation between the organizers built responsible person program with program responsibility as well as the school community has been good, from the output of visible changes PHBS better students. It is recommended that the proceeds can be used to prioritize activities/needs that can be met in advance with the funds you have available.
