Schistosomiasis adalah penyakit parasit kronis yang menginfeksi lebih dari 200 juta orang di 74 negara di seluruh dunia. Pada tahun 2013 di dataran tinggi Lindu 23 orang yang positif Schistosomiasis dan tahun 2014 terjadi peningkatan 52 orang. Program kebijakan pengendalian penyakit Schistosomiasis yaitu survei tinja, survei keong, survei tikus, pengobatan, pemberantasan fokus. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan faktor komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi dalam implementasi kebijakan pengendalian penyakit Schistosomiasis di Puskesmas Lindu Kabupaten Sigi Sulawesi Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan teknik triangulasi. Jumlah informan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari informan kunci sebanyak 2 orang, informan biasa 1 orang dan informan tambahan 2 orang. Hasil penelitian yaitu komunikasi dari segi kejelasan sudah cukup baik dan konsisten, sumber daya masih kurang, komitmen implementor cukup baik namun masih terhambat dalam penerapannya karena belum ditunjang dengan fasilitas dan dana yang memadai, sikap demokratif implementor di nilai kurang baik, aturan yang telah ditetapkan dalam Standards Operating Procedures (SOP) berjalan sesuai dengan aturan yang ada, koordinasi berjenjang antar lintas sektor belum maksimal. Diharapkan Dinas Kesehatan Sigi segera melakukan advokasi kembali untuk memperoleh dukungan anggaran bagi pelaksanaan program pengendalian penyakit Schistosomoiasis, menambah tenaga kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lindu.

Schistosomiasis is a chronic parasitic disease that infects more than 200 millions of people in 74 countries around the world. In 2013, in the plateau of Lindu, there were 23 people positively affected Schistosomiasis and in 2014, it had increased to 52 people. Programs of control policy of Schistosomiasis disease were feces survey, snail survey, mouse survey, medication, eradication focus. The purpose of this research was to describe communication factor, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structures in the policy implementation of Schistosomiasis disease control in the Lindu Health Center, Sigi District, Central Sulawesi. The type of the research was qualitative with triangulation technique. The number of informants in this research consisted of key informants as much as 2 people, 1 ordinary informant and 2 additional informants The results of the research were the communication in terms of clarity is quite good and consistent, resources are lacking, the commitment of implementor was good enough but still hampered on its application because it was not supported by facilities and adequate funds, democrative attitude of implementor was not good enough, the rules that had been set out in Standards Operating Procedures (SOP) ran rightly with the existing rules, tiered coordination across sectors were not maximal. It was expected to Health Department of Sigi to readvocate soon to obtain budgetary support for the implementation of programs of Schistosomiasis disease control, adding health workers in Lindu Health Center.
