xvi , 91 hlm ; 29 cm ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi oportunistik yang paling sering dijumpai pada pasien dengan HIV/AIDS. Penyakit koinfeksi TB-HIV ini menjadi salah satu beban kesehatan masyarakat yang utama di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko terjadinya koinfeksi Tuberkulosis pada pasien HIV/AIDS di RSU Anutapura Kota Palu tahun 2013-2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain kasus kontrol, menggunakan catatan rekam medik sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel terdiri dari 46 pasien HIV/AIDS koinfeksi tuberkulosis sebagai kasus dan 92 pasien HIV/AIDS tanpa koinfeksi Tuberkulosis sebagai kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian variabel yang merupakan faktor risiko terhadap terjadinya koinfeksi tuberkulosis pada pasien HIV/AIDS yaitu jenis kelamin laki-laki (OR=1.865 ; 95% CI : 0.839-4.146), status pekerjaan bekerja (OR=1.548 ; 95% CI : 0.602-3.981) dan jumlah sel CD4 ≤200 sel/ml (OR=1.426 ; 95% CI : 0.428-4.751). Sementara variabel umur >40 tahun dan status perkawinan kawin merupakan faktor protektif terhadap kejadian koinfeksti tuberkulosis pada pasien HIV/AIDS. TB-HIV co-infection disease is one of the major public health burden in worldwide.Tuberculosis is an opportunistic infection that most often found in patients with HIV/AIDS. This study aims to determine risk factors for tuberculosis in patients co-infected with HIV / AIDS in Anutapura Hospital period year 2013-2015. This research is an analytic observational research with case control design. The sample consisted of 46 patients with HIV / AIDS co-infected with tuberculosis as cases and 92 HIV / AIDS patients without TB co-infection as a control. Based on the results of the study variables were risk factors for the occurrence of tuberculosis in patients co-infected with HIV / AIDS are male gender (OR = 1,865; 95% CI: 0839-4146), employment status work (OR = 1,548; 95% CI: 0602 -3981) and CD4 cell count ≤200 cells / ml (OR = 1,426; 95% CI: 0428-4751).
