PT. Chungsung merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang permeubelan. Hasil observasi dan wawancara mengenai data kecelakaan kerja dengan kepala pabrik PT. Chungsung sebagian besar kecelakaan kerja terjadi pada area produksi, kecelakaan yang terjadi memiliki kategori keparahan (Severity) tinggi, misalnya: beberapa pekerja kehilangan ruas jari, terpeleset, tertimpa kayu dan tertusuk paku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis risiko kesehatan dan  keselamatan kerja pada area produksi PT. Chungsung. Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan identifikasi kecelakaan kerja dan selanjutnya mencari sumber potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja sehingga dapat menganalisis risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dengan metode HIRARC. Hasil identifikasi risikokesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada proses produksi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Penggolongan jenis risikonya berdasarkan jenis bahaya kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yaitu mechanical hazard, physical hazard dan electric hazard. Tingkat risiko kategori highterdapat pada tahap Jointer, Crosscut dan perakitan. Tingkat risiko kategori medium pada tahap Jiksaw, Molding dan Planner, sedangkan untuk tingkat risiko low terdapat pada tahap pengecatan. Jenis pengendalian bahaya engineering control berupa house keeping, pengecekan listrik, mengatur jarak aman dengan mesin, administrative control (safety talk, dan warning sign). Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dengan memakai sarung tangan,menggunakan safety shoes, dan menggunakan masker.Pengawasan atau monitoring risiko keselamatan pada proses area produksi harus dilakukan secara berkala.&#13;

Chungsung is a limited liability company engaged in the field of furniture. Observations and interviews regarding workplace accident data by the head of the factory Chungsung limited liability majority of workplace accidents occur in the production area, accidents have categories of severity high, for example: some workers lose knuckles, slipped, crushed wood and nail punctured. The purpose of this study was to determine the health risk analysis and safety in the production area of Chungsung limited liability. This research is using qualitative methods. This study begins with the identification of occupational accidents and the subsequent search for the source of the potential hazards of workplace accidents so as to analyze the health and safety risks with HIRARC method. The results of the identification of occupational health and safety risks in the production process accomplished by using the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Classification of the type of risk is based on the type of workplace health and safety hazard, namely mechanical hazard, physical hazard and electric hazard. Level of risk categories High are at the stage of Jointer, Crosscut and assembly. The level of risk category medium in the Jiksaw stage, Molding and Planner,whereas for level of risk the low present in the painting stage. Type of hazard control engineering control such as housekeeping,checking of electricity, set up a safe distance with the machine, administrative control (safety talk, and a warning sign). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by wearing gloves, use safety shoes, and wear a mask. Supervision or monitoring of safety risks in the process of production areas should be done regularly.&#13;
