 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit adalah tempat orang dirawat dan ditempatkan&#13;
dalam jarak yang sangat dekat. Di tempat ini pasien mendapatkan terapi dan&#13;
perawatan untuk bisa sembuh. Tetapi, rumah sakit selain mencari kesembuhan,&#13;
juga mendapatkan sasaran dari berbagai macam penyakit terutama yang&#13;
disebabkan oleh bakteri yang merupakan penyebab utama penyakit infeksi.&#13;
Bakteri dapat hidup dan berkembang di lingkungan rumah sakit seperti ; air,&#13;
udara, dan lantai.&#13;
Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi bakteri udara yang terdapat pada ruang rawat&#13;
inap Paviliun Anggrek di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Undata Palu Tahun 2016.&#13;
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan&#13;
studi observasional deskriptif. Dalam penelitian observasional deskriptif, peneliti&#13;
diarahkan unutk mendeskripsikan atau menguraikan suatu peristiwa. Teknik&#13;
pengambilan sampel secara probability sampling dengan cara simple random&#13;
sampling.&#13;
Hasil: Pada hasil penelitian didapatkan 5 jenis bakteri yang terdiri dari 2 sampel&#13;
bakteri Enterobacter sp (14,28%), 3 sampel Klebsiella sp (21,42%), 2 sampel&#13;
Escherichia Coli (14,28%), 4 sampel Staphylococcus aureus (28,57%), dan 3&#13;
sampel Staphylococcus epidermidis (21,42%).&#13;
Kesimpulan: Terdapat bakteri yang tersebar melalui udara dalam Ruang Rawat&#13;
Inap Paviliun Anggrek RSUD Undata Palu, yang dimana bakteri terbanyak adalah&#13;
Staphylococcus aureus, bakteri tersebut bisa menyebabkan infeksi terutama pada&#13;
pasien – pasien dengan imun yang lemah seperti halnya pasien yang dirawat&#13;
diruang rawat inap Paviliun Anggrek.&#13;

IDENTIFICATION OF BACTERIA IN THE AIR INPATIENT ANGGREK&#13;
PAVILION UNDATA LOCAL REGULAR HOSPITAL IN PALU 2016&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Background: Hospitals are where people were treated and placed in a very close&#13;
distance. In place of these patients get therapies and treatments to get rid of.&#13;
However, hospitals in addition to find a cure, also getting goals from various&#13;
diseases mainly caused by bacteria which is a major cause of infectious diseases.&#13;
Bacteria can live and thrive in environments such as hospitals; water, air, and&#13;
ground.&#13;
Objective:To identify airborne bacteria contained ininpatient unit the Anggrek&#13;
Pavilion at the General Hospital of UndataPalu2016.&#13;
Methods: This study used quantitative research with an observationalstudy. In an&#13;
observational study, researchers directed fatherly describe or describe an event.&#13;
Mechanical sampling is probability sampling by simple random sampling.&#13;
Results: In the results, the five types of bacteria consisting of two samples of the&#13;
bacterium Enterobacter sp (14.28%), 3 samples Klebsiellasp (21.42%), 2 samples&#13;
of Escherichia coli (14.28%), 4 samples of Staphylococcus aureus (28.57%), and&#13;
3 samples of Staphylococcus epidermidis (21.42%).&#13;
Conclusion: There is a bacteria that is spread through the air in the room inpatient&#13;
Anggrek Pavilion Undata General Hospital Palu, which is where the bacteria most&#13;
was Staphylococcusaureus, the bacteria can cause infections, especially in&#13;
patients - patients with weak immune as well as patients who were treated in&#13;
inpatient Anggrek Pavilion.&#13;
