 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Latar Belakang: Instalasi Laboratorium klinik merupakan organisasi atau unit rumah sakit&#13;
dengan aktivitas pelayanan laboratorium klinik di rumah sakit tersebut. Fungsi dari&#13;
laboratorium diantaranya memberikan pelayanan, pelatihan, pendidikan dan penelitian di&#13;
bidang laboratorium klinik antara lain hematologi, kimia klinik, imunologi, mikrobiologi&#13;
klinik, urinalisis dan analisi cairan tubuh lainnya, baik untuk keperluan laboratorium klinik&#13;
sendiri maupun bersama bidang lainnya terutama bidang klinik.&#13;
Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi bakteri yang terdapat di udara pada instalasi Laboratorium&#13;
Klinik RSUD Undata Palu. Dan untuk mengetahui jenis bakteri yang terdapat pada instalasi&#13;
Laboratorium Klinik RSUD Undata Palu.&#13;
Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah observasional deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan&#13;
sampel secara probability sampling dengan cara simple random sampling.&#13;
Hasil: Pada hasil penelitian didapatkan 8 jenis bakteri yang terdiri Staphylococcus sp.&#13;
(13,04%), Staphylococcus aureus (26,08%), Proteus penneri (17,39%), Escherichia coli&#13;
(8,69%), Micrococcus luteus (4,34%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (13,04%), Serratia sp.&#13;
(8,69%), dan Staphylococcus epidermidis (8,69%).&#13;
Kesimpulan: Bakteri terbanyak dari jenis bakteri tersebut yang dilakukan selama 3 minggu&#13;
penelitian adalah bakteri Staphylococcus aureus (26,08%), bakteri tersebut adalah flora&#13;
normal yang bisa menyebabkan infeksi terutama pada pasien – pasien dengan daya tahan&#13;
tubuh lemah. Penelitian ini menemukan kebanyakan bakteri adalah Staphylococcus aureus&#13;
yang merupakan flora normal.&#13;

IDENTIFICATION OF AERIAL BACTERIAS ON CLINICAL LABORATORY&#13;
INSTALLATION OF RSUD UNDATA PALU&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Background: Clinical laboratory installation is an organization or a hospital unit with the&#13;
activity of clinical laboratory services at the hospital. The functionality of the laboratory&#13;
include providing services, training, education and research in the field of clinical&#13;
laboratories, such as hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology, clinical microbiology,&#13;
urinalysis, and any other analysis of body fluids, for the sake of clinical laboratories alone or&#13;
for any other fields, especially the clinical fields.&#13;
Objective: To identify bacteria present in the air and to determine the type of bacteria at the&#13;
clinical laboratory installation of RSUD Undata Palu.&#13;
Methode: The methode used design is descriptive observational. Sampling technique used is&#13;
probability sampling, with simple random sampling method.&#13;
Result: On the results, there are 8 type of bacterias consisted : Staphylococcus Sp. (13,04%),&#13;
Staphylococcus aureus (26,08%), Proteus penneri (17,39%), Escherichia coli (8,69%),&#13;
Micrococcus luteus (4,34%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (13,04%), Serratia Sp. (8,69%), and&#13;
Staphylococcus epidermidis (8,69%).&#13;
Conclusion: The bacteria that most commonly found is Staphylococcus aureus (26,08%), the&#13;
bacteria is a normal flora that can infect most patients with weak body immune system. This&#13;
study found the most bacteria is Staphylococcus Aureus, which is a flora normal&#13;
