<note>ABSTRAK
melalui droplet, airborne maupun kontak langsung.
Radiologi RSUD Undata Palu Tahun 2016
epidermidis (29,17%), Staphylococcus aureus (20,83%), Klebsiella sp (25%),
ABSTRACT
Background: Hospital as one of the individual health care facilities are part of the
health resources that are necessary in supporting the implementation of health
efforts. Installation is one of the means of radiological medical support was in
hospital, which provide inspection services with exposure to ionizing and non
ionizing with examination results in the form of photos / images / imaging can help
physicians in treating patients. The quality of the environment in the hospital
become one of the things that need to be considered, because some transmission of
germs that cause the infection can occur through droplets, airborne or direct
contact.
Objective: To identify the bacteria present in the air at the Radiology installation
of RSUD Undata Palu 2016
Methods: This research is observational descriptive, using probability sampling
method. air sampling performed in the radiology room. The total sample were used
as many as 24 samples
Result: In the study, there are 5 type of bacteries consists of Staphylococcus
epidermidis (29.17%), Staphylococcus aureus (20.83%), Klebsiella sp (25%),
Enterobacter sp (12.5 %), and Escherichia coli (12.5%)
Conclusion: The most bacteria were found in this research is Staphylococcus
epidermidis bacteria are normal flora which commonly cause infections, especially
in patients with weak immune.
Keywords: Radiology instalation, Staphylococcus epidermidis, bacteria
