ABSTRAK

Akseptor Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) adalah Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) yang salah seorang dari padanya menggunakan salah satu alat kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Di Kota Palu pengguna IUD sebanyak 235 orang, MOW 195 orang, Implant 169 orang. Pada Kecamatan Mantikulore Kelurahan Tondo RW 13 diketahui pengguna MKJP Implan sebanyak 3 orang dan IUD sebanyak 3 orang. Masalah dalam penelitian ini mengenai rendahnya pengunaan MKJP di wilayah Poskesdes Anuta Singgani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku akseptor dalam memilih Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa informan tidak mengetahui konsep dari MKJP, selain itu informan memilih sikap yang pesimis terhadap MKJP, sedangkan untuk aspek kepercayaan informan tidak memilik kepercayaan larangan dalam penggunaan MKJP. selain itu penyebab rendahnya penggunaan MKJP yaitu rendahnya kualitas pelayanan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar baku mutu pelayanan KB. Informan tidak juga mendapatkan dukungan dari keluraga (suami) selain itu kader di yang ada di wilayah kerja Poskesdes Anuta Singgani hanya memiliki kader posyandu. Kesimpulan bahwa akseptor belum mengetahui konsep MKJP dan informan juga tidak mendapatkan dukungan yang positif dari keluarga dan rendahnya fasilitas pelayanan MKJP yang ada.

ABSTRACT

Acceptor of the Long-Term Contraceptive Method (MKJP) is a PUS Age Couple who one of them uses one of the long-term contraceptives. In the city of Palu IUD users as many as 235 people, MOW 195 people, Implant 169 people. In District Mantikulore Weight Tondo RW 13 known MKJP Implant users as much as 3 people and IUD as much as 3 people. The problem in this research is about the low use of MKJP in Poskesdes Anuta Singgani. This study aims to determine the behavior of acceptors in choosing Long Term Contraception Method (MKJP). This type of research uses qualitative methods. The results of this study note that informants do not know the concept of MKJP, other than that informants choose a pessimistic attitude towards MKJP, while for the trust aspect of the informant does not have the trust ban in the use of MKJP. Other than that the cause of the low use of MKJP is the low quality of service that is not in accordance with standard quality of family planning services. Informants did not get support from the family (husbands) other than that cadres in the work area Poskesdes Anuta Singgani only have posyandu cadres. The conclusion that acceptors do not yet know the concept of MKJP and informants also do not get positive support from the family and low existing MKJP service facilities.
