 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Latar Belakang : Proses Pembelajaran PBL melibatkan mahasiswa pada proses&#13;
belajar, mahasiswa dituntut untuk dapat belajar mandiri dalam berbagai aspek&#13;
kegiatan belajar, yang sangat efektif bagi mahasiswa tergantung bagaimana cara&#13;
mahasiswa dapat mengatur jadwal perkuliahan dan aktivitasnya sehari-hari.&#13;
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui manajemen waktu belajar mahasiswa tahun keempat&#13;
program studi kedokteran dalam PBL di Universitas Tadulako.&#13;
Metode : Jenis Penelitian Kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Focus Group&#13;
Discussion. terdapat 1 informan kunci dan 26 informan biasa. Analisis data&#13;
dengan menggunakan teknik matriks dimana informasi diolah dalam tabel antara&#13;
lain : No, Nama informan, emik, etik, kesimpulan dan disajikan dalam bentuk&#13;
narasi deskriptif.&#13;
Hasil Penelitian : Manajemen waktu belajar mahasiswa Tahun Keempat Program&#13;
Studi Kedokteran dalam pelaksanaan PBL di universitas Tadulako cukup baik,&#13;
hal ini dipengaruhi oleh karena mahasiswa tersebut telah cukup lama mengikuti&#13;
kegiatan pembelajaran PBL, sehingga lebih siap mempersiapkan diri menghadapi&#13;
PBL.strategi mahasiswa dalam manajemen waktu belajar sebelum pelaksanaan&#13;
PBL adalah dengan melakukan diskusi dengan teman, mencari bahan satu hari&#13;
sebelum pelaksanaan PBL, fokus pada saat kuliah pakar dilaksanakan. Alasan&#13;
pentingnya manajemen waktu belajar dalam pelaksanaan PBL adalah mahasiswa&#13;
dapat mempelajari secara komperhensif kasus yang diberikan dan dapat belajar&#13;
cara bekerja sama menyelesaikan masalah, dapat berpikir kritis, dapat&#13;
meningkatkan kerjasamaa antar kelompok aktif mengidentifikasi dan&#13;
menyelesaikan masalah dalam diskusi.&#13;
Kesimpulan : Mahasiswa Kedokteran Tahun ke empat universitas tadulako&#13;
memiliki manajemen waktu belajar dalam pelaksanaan Problem based learning&#13;
/tutorial sudah cukup baik namun masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu di tingkatkan&#13;
dalam managemen waktu sehingga belajarnya dapat efektif dan efisien&#13;

TIME MANAGEMENT OF LEARNING ON FOURTH GRADE MEDICAL&#13;
STUDENTS IN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING AT TADULAKO&#13;
UNIVERSITY&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
BACKGROUND : PBL learning process involves the student in its learning&#13;
process. The students are expected to do an independent learning in every aspect&#13;
of learning events, which is very effective to students depend on how they can&#13;
manage their own schedulue and their own activity.&#13;
OBJECTIVE: The objective of this research was to understand time management&#13;
of learning on fourth grade medical students in problem based learning at&#13;
tadulako university.&#13;
METHOD: This research was qualitative with focus group discussion method, it&#13;
has 1 key informant and 26 common informants. Data analysis used matrix&#13;
technique where the information was processed in table and they were: number,&#13;
informant’s name, emik, ethic, conclussion and displayed in descriptive narration.&#13;
RESULT: Study time management of fourth grade student of medical science&#13;
program in performance of PBL at tadulako university was good enough, that was&#13;
affected caused by the students was perform the PBL for a long time, so they was&#13;
well prepared to PBL. The students strategy in study time management before&#13;
perform PBL are done discussion with friends, seeking matery from previous day&#13;
of the PBL, focus on the expert lecture time. the reason of importance of study&#13;
time management in performance of PBL was student could studied in&#13;
comprehensive way about the case and could learn about ho to cooperate to solve&#13;
a problem, could though criticaly, could improve the collaborate betwen groups,&#13;
favorable in identified and solve a problem in discussion.&#13;
CONCLUSSION: The fourth grade medical students in tadulako university has a&#13;
good time management in problem based learning/tutorial but still have a few&#13;
things need to be enhanced in time management so the learning becomes effective&#13;
and efficient.&#13;
