 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Latar Belakang. Rumah sakit sebagai salah satu sarana kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu rumah sakit dituntut untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditentukan. &#13;
Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional dengan pendekatan  deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 24. Isolasi dan identifikasi bakteri dilakukan di Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah Sulawesi Tengah.&#13;
Hasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pada sampel di ruangan poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin ditemukan jenis bakteri antara lain Staphylococcus epidermidis (9,09%), Staphylococcus sp (18,18%), Enterobacter gergoviae (18,18%), microluteus luteus (9,09%), Micrococcus varian (4,54%), staphylococcus haemoliticus (4,54%), pseudomonas coccovenenans (4,54%), dan proteus penneri (27,27%), sedangkan poliklinik THT-KL di dapatkan Enterobacter gergoviae (18,18%), Staphylococcus epidermidis (9,09%), Staphylococcus sp (18,18%), Proteus penneri (27,27%).&#13;
Kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, di dapatkan bakteri yang terbanyak yaitu Proteus penneri dan ditemukan 1 jenis bakteri patogen yaitu Pseudomonas coccovenenans. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Background. Hospitals as one of the health facilities that provide health services to the public have a very important role in improving the health status of the community. Therefore the hospital is required to be able to provide quality services in accordance with predetermined standards.&#13;
Method. This study was an observational study with descriptive approach. Sampling was done by simple random sampling with 24 sample number. Isolation and identification of bacteria carried in the Central Sulawesi Regional Health Laboratory &#13;
Results. The results of this study were samples in the room Polyclinic Skin and genitals found in bacteria, among others Staphylococcus epidermidis (9,09%), Staphylococcus sp (18,18%), Enterobacter gergoviae (18,18%), Microluteus luteus (9,09%), Micrococcus varian (4,54%), staphylococcus haemoliticus (4,54%), pseudomonas coccovenenans (4,54%),  dan proteus penneri (27,27%), while in Polyclinic THT-KL Enterobacter gergoviae (18,18%), Staphylococcus epidermidis (9,09%), Staphylococcus sp (18,18%), Proteus penneri (27,27%).&#13;

Conclusion.Based on the results of research conducted, in get the most bacteria that is Proteus penneri And found 1 type of pathogenic bacteria is Pseudomonas coccovenenans.&#13;
