 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit adalah suatu tempat dimana orang sakit dirawat&#13;
dan ditempatkan dalam jarak yang sangat dekat. Di tempat ini pasien&#13;
mendapatkan terapi dan perawatan untuk dapat sembuh. Tetapi, rumah sakit selain&#13;
untuk mencari kesembuhan, juga merupakan depot bagi berbagai macam penyakit&#13;
terutama penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri, yang merupakan penyebab utama&#13;
penyakit infeksi. Infeksi yang terjadi pada penderita-penderita yang sedang dalam&#13;
proses perawatan ini disebut infeksi nosokomial.&#13;
Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi bakteri melalui udara yang terdapat di Ruang&#13;
ICVCU (Intensive Cardio Vascular Care Unit) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah&#13;
Undata Kota Palu Tahun 2016.&#13;
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain&#13;
penelitian studi observasional deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara&#13;
probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah bakteri udara di ruang&#13;
ICVCU (Intensive Cardio Vascular Care Unit) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah&#13;
Undata.&#13;
Hasil: Pada hasil penelitian didapatkan variasi bakteri di ruang ICVCU (Intensive&#13;
Cardio Vascular Care Unit) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Undata Kota Palu,&#13;
diantaranya adalah 7 sampel untuk untuk Enterobacter sp (29,1%) 5 sampel untuk&#13;
Proteus sp (20,8%) 5 sampel Staphylococcus aureus (20,8%) 3 sampel&#13;
Staphylococcus sp (12,5%) 3 sampel Staphylococcus epidermidis (12,5%) dan 1&#13;
sampel Streptococcus sp (4,16%).&#13;
Kesimpulan: Terdapat variasi bakteri yang tersebar melalui udara dalam Ruang&#13;
ICVCU (Intensive Cardio Vascular Care Unit) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah&#13;
Undata Kota Palu. Bakteri terbanyak adalah Enterobacter sp, bakteri yang di&#13;
temukan ini dapat mengakibatkan infeksi nosokomial.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Background: Hospital is a place where sick people were treated and placed in a&#13;
very close distance to reach. In this place, these patients received therapy and&#13;
treatment to be cured. However, a hospital is not only a place to treated, but also&#13;
a places for some varoius disease, especially diseases caused by the bacteria,&#13;
which is a major cause of infectious diseases. Infections that occur in people who&#13;
are in the process of treatment is called nosocomial infections.&#13;
Objective: To identify the bacteria through the air contained in the ICVCU&#13;
(Intensive Cardio Vascular Care Unit) of Undata General Hospital Palu 2016.&#13;
Method: This study used a quantitative research with an observational study&#13;
design. The sampling method is a probability sampling. Samples used in this&#13;
research is airborne bacteria in ICVCU (Intensive Cardio Vascular Care Unit&#13;
Undata General Hospital.&#13;
Result: Results find in this research is various bacteria in the ICVCU (Intensive&#13;
Cardio Vascular Care Unit) Room Undata General Hospital, including 7 samples&#13;
for Enterobacter sp (29,1%), 5 samples for Proteus sp (20,8%), 5 samples for&#13;
Staphylococcus aureus (20,8%), 3 samples for Staphylococcus sp (12.5%), 3&#13;
samples for Staphylococcus epidermidis (12,5%), and 1 sample for Streptococcus&#13;
sp (4,16%).&#13;
Conclution: There are variations in the bacteria spread through the air in the&#13;
ICVCU (Intensive Cardio Vascular Care Unit) General Hospital Undata Palu.&#13;
Most of these bacteria are Enterobacter sp, this bacterial infection can lead to a&#13;
nosocomial infections.&#13;
