 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Latar Belakang: Penyakit infeksi merupakan penyebab utama tingginya angka&#13;
kesakitan dan kematian di dunia. Salah satu jenis infeksi adalah infeksi nosokomial.&#13;
Rawat inap adalah pemeliharaan kesehatan rumah sakit dimana penderita tinggal&#13;
sedikitnya satu hari. Salah satu ruang rawat inap adalah paviliun peristi, yang&#13;
dikhususkan untuk bayi beresiko tinggi.&#13;
Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi observasional deskriptif. Dengan&#13;
populasi bakteri pada udara di ruang rawat inap paviliun peristi tahun 2016.&#13;
Pengambilan sampel 2 titik, diperoleh dengan cara total sampling. Pada teknik ini&#13;
pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi di lakukan pada setiap ruangan di level&#13;
1 sampai 3 dan ruangan penyakit menular.&#13;
Hasil: Pada hasil penelitian didapatkan 6 jenis bakteri, yang terdiri dari&#13;
Staphylococcus epidermidis (25,0%), Micrococcus varians (18,75%),&#13;
Staphylococcus sp (25,0%), Enterobacter sp (25,0%), Proteus peneri (18,75%),&#13;
Serratia sp (18,75%).&#13;
Simpulan: Bakteri terbanyak dari jenis bakteri tersebut yang dilakukan selama 2&#13;
minggu penelitian adalah Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus sp, dan&#13;
Enterobacter sp.&#13;
Kata Kunci : Ruang Rawat Inap Paviliun Peristi, Identifikasi Bakteri.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Background: Infectious diseases are a major cause of morbidity and mortality in&#13;
the world. One type of infection is a nosocomial infection. Hospitalization is a&#13;
hospital health care where the patient lives at least one day. One of the inpatient&#13;
rooms is a permanent pavilion, devoted to high-risk babies.&#13;
Methods: This study used observasional descriptive method. Using quantitative&#13;
approach. The population of bacteria in the air of the room inpatient pavilion&#13;
peristi 2016. Sampling 2 points, obtained by total sampling. In this technique the&#13;
sampling of sample members of the population is done in every room on level 1 to&#13;
3 and the room of infectious disease.&#13;
Results: In the results, the 6 types of bacteria, which consists of Staphylococcus&#13;
epidermidis (25,0%), Micrococcus variance (18,75%), Staphylococcus sp (25,0%),&#13;
Enterobacter sp (25,0%), Peneri proteus (18,75%), Serratia sp (18,75%).&#13;
Conclusion: Majority types of bacteria are carried out during the 2-week study was&#13;
Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus sp, and Enterobacter sp.&#13;
